Girls Day Out!

Last Saturday two of my roommates and I had a girls day out! It was so dang fun! We went to Applebees for lunch then went to the "What Women Want" convention. Oh and then we went to Wal Mart to take some fun pictures! This is one of my favorite pictures! We all look way cute. :)

Halloween Fun!!!

This past week has been busy with school, work, studying, institute, FHE, special olympics, pizza factory with old friends, Gala Concert, ward talent show/halloween party, institute dance, girls day out. You get the picture. This was at the special olympics that my school held. All the different clubs came up with game boothes for disabled children to come play. It was halloween themed so I dressed up as a doctor(not exciting I know). I helped out at the art club booth. We painted faces, it was a lot of fun.

Next: The ward halloween party/talent show. Here is my real costume for halloween. I pretended to be a scientist who blew something up. It was awesome! This was the first picture of me. After I saw it I sprayed some more black on my face. And on my lab coat.

My friend Kailee in my ward, and I are in the same latin ballroom dance class. We had to boys from our class come dance the cha cha with us. I didn't really want to do it, but I did it since Kailee is head of the activities committee so I felt I needed to support her. There is a short video of some of the dance at the end of this post. I wasn't going to post it because I messed up, and was rather embarrassed by it, but it's really funny. :) This was the after picture. They are both pretty cute boys. :)

Fall Break!

Last week I had fall break! They have it all over Utah some UEA thing, or whatever. I had Thursday and Friday off of school. I came home on Thursday, and left the next day, and came back to Utah to go hunting in Cedar Mountain with my dads side of the family. It was so much fun! I only have a few pictures though... This was after I went swimming with Adam, that's why I look so funny.

Picture Tag!

I know this is an old picture, but I got tagged by my old roommate Courtney. I had to go to my fourth picture folder, and post the fourth picture in that folder. Here it is... This was taken in September of last year. I had made Hawaiian haystacks for my roommates. It was really fun to eat a meal together, and get to know each other better. It was only the second or third week of the semester. It was an enjoyable experience, and I miss those girls so much! Luckily I see Stephanie often because she lives in St.George, and sometimes I hang out with Necia. I got to see Erica a few weeks ago when I went up north for the BYU WYOMING game. I might see Courtney tonight. She is on her way to Disneyland with her family, and they are staying the night in St.George! Hopefully I'll get a chance to see her! The only person I haven't been able to see so far since the end of the school year in May besides Courtney is Lindy. She is living up north. We were going to have a roommate reunion type thing, but our plans changed at the last minute. Hopefully in the near future we can have that reunion, and all 6 of us can be there!

So I'm finally updating my blog at the request of others. So I recently got called to be an FHE group leader which is also known as and FHE "ma." It's a lot of fun, and I'm looking forward to serve my group/family! I just gave a talk this past Sunday, it went well even though there were some giggles. haha. :) My topic was forgiveness; and how we need to forgive others to receive foorgiveness. Now I'm just busy with school, and work, and everything else in a college students life!
